At CarlinKit (Hong Kong) Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in brand-new, sellable condition.

  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
